Menopause and Perimenopause can be such a frustrating time.
That's why I developed this program.
It is an individualized, ONE-on-ONE coaching experience designed with you in mind. We work together to restore balance to your hormones, and help you become metabolically fit and lose weight.
This program specifically targets your levels of cortisol, insulin, thyroid, and sex hormones (namely progesterone, estradiol, and testosterone).
I AM SO PASSIONATE ABOUT HELPING WOMEN BECAUSE I KNOW WHAT THE CONFUSION FEELS LIKE AROUND HORMONES AND THE 'GASLIGHTING' THAT COMES FROM HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS.
I think some in medicine just view "lack of hormones and perimenopause/menopause' as the next step before death for women!
Most of us can become "sluggish" as we age, but in my program, we address EACH area to get you feeling younger and more energetic!
I firmly believe OUR best years can be our 40's, 50's, and 60's!!!

There are 🔟 sessions within the program and the time frame runs around
4 to 6 months, depending on how quickly we find the results you are looking for.
Sessions are usually allocated to one hour and are via Zoom or FaceTime.
If you live close to Jupiter, Florida, we can also do sessions in person.
I have found after working in the medical field for over 40 years, that traditional medicine is lacking on so many fronts.
A functional and integrative mentality is necessary for lasting health as it meets the needs of our body, soul, and spirit.
Therefore I make it my job to seek out any hidden stressors while offering support, accountability, and resources from a holistic viewpoint. I work to identify the root cause of your symptoms, not just cover them up.
Did you know that fixing your 'gut' is a huge piece of the hormone puzzle?
Labs and tests are suggested for individual needs while implementing and tweaking diet, stress management tools, and supplements to achieve your health goals!
Giving you the tools to advocate to your provider for BHRT (should you choose to go that route) is also part of my coaching program.
EDUCATION IS A HUGE PART of what I do.
Support also includes texts and emails when needed!
